If you would like Servd to send billing-related emails to a particular address along with any invoices, then follow the steps below:
Navigate to your Team Settings page.
Note that if you are unable to view the Team Settings page, it means that your user doesn't have the "Manage team settings and other team members" team permission. We suggest asking a team member who does have this permission to perform the steps below.
In the "Notification Channels" section, create an email channel for your chosen email address by filling in the form and clicking the "Add" button.
In the "Notification Subscriptions" section, find the new Notification Channel for your email address. Check the "Billing Notifications" box and click the "Save" button.
The email address will now receive billing emails.
